1D-LSD (150mcg Blotters) Back In Stock
1D LSD (1-dimethylcyclobutane-lysergic acid diethylamide) is a recently introduced lysergamide in which the indole nitrogen carries a dimethylcyclobutane-carbonyl group. This N¹-acyl modification builds on earlier lysergamide designs and was developed as part of a “next-generation” series that includes analogs such as 1V-LSD and other substituted ergoline derivatives.
Within analytical and forensic laboratories, 1D-LSD is typically used in comparative work aimed at understanding how changes at the N¹ position influence:
• LC-MS(/MS) fragmentation behavior across a panel of N¹-acyl lysergamides;
• Chromatographic retention and separation on different stationary phases;
• Stability and potential deacylation or degradation pathways during storage and sample preparation;
• Overall analytical discriminability among closely related lysergamide structures in seized-material and research samples.
Because of its distinct N¹-substitution and recent appearance, 1D-LSD serves as a useful “next-step” reference when evaluating emerging lysergamides and building robust analytical libraries.
